If they where to return the shares to help get things moving bpg would be a very hot stock to hold,
Return the shares get the drama sorted raise some
Cash with the shares returned no need to add more to the register, management can get a slice of the pie anytime after the dramas finish and exchange is up
And going no share holder would complain then the sp will be 10x plus to what it is today
