How are they going to get going? I'm not even sure their accounts receivable are real. They impaired a chunk of those too. Well we now have negative net assets. The onl;y good thing that would come out of a liquidation would be those 830m shares would be worthless.
But hey, as long as we saty in a trading halt, and best we do until exchange up and running, then we have a chance.
Be interesting if we lose the court case and Soar maintain their 49% ownership, then how will the noetic agreement work.

The only chance would be to take legal action on the directors for showing the coins as a current asset thereby misleading shareholders. Like 0.001% chance
