Interestingly however, (check the appendix 3Y);

20mil of the 30mil given to Yano Lim were then allocated to Fernjewel Pty Ltd... one off his pals?? It may be hard to get those back, the other 10mil went to his SMSF, again, probably difficult to retract?

Maybe, one could hope, Fernjewel Pty Ltd had some agreement / deal to help BPG for this 20mil freebie? At current SP, that's like a gift of $180k...

Just speculation, don't read anything into this than just my own opinion / thoughts.

For completeness,

The 600m issued to Alvin and 200m issued to Raphael were not allocated to anyone else.

Let's face it, that's the bigger prize IMO.
