Thanks @tmacr It's a shame how BPG / SoarLabs messed the exchange up IMO. Soar have some presence in the Blockchain space already, where there is limited information regarding Noetic Synergy's involvement.

But False Alarm...

After calling the number, you get a recorded message "Welcome to Brand 345, we can't take your call..."

Digging a bit further, some guy named Paul Kiosses registered this address, under a company called Noetic Xchange Pty Ltd, and he also owns quite a few more sites - nothing to do with Crypto...






I'll keep hunting for more info... albeit scarce.
