I believe there is an element of hope. I was also doing some research on Noetic Synergy – the CEO – Ian Jeremy Jones, also is an Executive Director for a company – IFCA (Ifca.com.my)

If Ian Jones can leverage his industry contacts and experience i.e. from IFCA, who, IMO seem to have the capability to deliver projects – this would appease my concerns given the limited information on Noetic Synergy.
