Ive been up to niu site at eddie creek ...the acces rd is the best rd in png ... bar none its the only time in png i had to ever weat a seat beat because of mine regulations but the rd is owned by hidden valley mine there next door neighbor. .. and last yr hidden valley got taken over so new owners and im guessing new set of rules and payments so nothing to do with land owners ...all the land owners take the back rd which is the worse rd in png and most of the time is blocked because of landslides .... Google hidden valley png and you'll see what im taking about ...all i can say is its hard to make a $ in png and easy to spend a $ in png ...nothing is cheap
