Have to disagree even with the accounts showing that the company is technically insolvent. (-$10k)
Its when shareholders give up and let Directors that have mis-managed a company continue to mis-manage a company its then things look very dire.
The longer shareholders in PDF sit on their hands and do nothing then the more likely their investment will be fore ever lost.

The fact that the directors have finally provided the financial accounts when most likely under the scrutiny of ASIC speaks volumes. And listing fees are still being paid after 2 years of suspension.
There is value in this company if the current directors are removed..
