My apologies of not advising PDF shareholders in advance of the Supreme Court (Melbourne) hearing yesterday. I was not aware of it until after it was held. I am unofficially advised, round 1 went the way of the shareholders....
Interested parties should keep an eye on the court list for future hearing dates if they wish to attend in person.
I see that the board has not put out a public announcement yet..
I suggest that shareholders should be careful of what they post regarding the court action while it is underway. This will be my only post on this subject.
