Yes, Alonso, I agree I'd like to get my hands on that CASH...but to be fair, they have declared a special dividend roughly equivalent to 50% of the half year profits. Plus, they are still spending heavily on CAPEX (roughly equivalent tot eh HY profits).
I htink we can take it as read that the divvies will now be 1.75c ff for the CY18 year.
At 15c where else can you get a grossed up dividend stream at 16.67%?
Sure there is some weakening in the marketplace and the efficiencies of the CAPEX spend won't kick in till CY19...even so, I see this having a CY18 eps of around 2.2c. Where else can you buy at an unbelievable EBIT/EV of less than 4!
