Yes Cinderella Man, it certainly looks like that is the plan. By my calculation they have about another 2 years they can keep taking so called administration fees.

Every day, or week, or year that they can delay doing anything, the more in fees they can continue to take.

And it's perfectly legal.

Someone needs to do something about this law.
