In all reality what option do they have but CR prior to year end, had the second Hummer well been three months earlier (and successful) then we might have had more options. Noting also a CR without the MENA permits in hand would go down very poorly. Rubs has very valid points and my feeling is that PSA management are at a loss as to where to from here. The Yemeni Govt must also be aware of PSA's financial position and could well be playing hard ball with royalties we just do not know. I expect OMV have also provided financial securities to the Govt, something we would struggle with unless it was accrued from income derived following the restart.
