Yes this is almost a privately held company. They would save on the listing fees if they took it off the market. I am happy to average down at these levels and I see this as a serious long term investment 5-10 years. In that time the Malaysian commercial property market will come to life again and there are opportunities in Vietnam. In these situations the people with cash have the negotiating advantage so I could see the cash being put to work. The main negative is the age of the principals in this business (property development tends to be a younger persons game)
