Change in WIP and deferred revenue disclosure as shown in the HYR implies that the milestone shares which have been issued recently will have to be reversed. This implies that the founders including EV do not even have a blocking stake in the Company which leaves them vulnerable to any hostile bids.

Considering the offer brochure by MOELIS broker, some time ago, which showed a target price of 0.16 cents with only 25 cameras with EV and now with the third order of at least 15 cameras the target price will exceed at least 0.18 cents which is the trigger for milestone shares....somehow i have a feeling that the independent expert will propose more than 0.18 cents (assumption may fail).

Further, if they really wanted to acquire cheap then why place such a large third order.

My risk apetite is building...gotta tame the raging bull.
