ive never questioned the ethics of mngt - nor do i look to make investments with companies that endorse that kind of behaviour. Half the world (if not more) unfortunately operate under such a system, and its a proven mechanism to get things going....
i was merely having a dig at the Spanish bureaucracy who may be more interested in this style of under the table gestures than enviro concerns, a hunch brought about by the relentless delays for approval hidden under a guise of "heal the world" style propaganda....
