Klotho, you are half right. I knew in advance that discussions are ongoing and that these things take time (as did every other person with an interest in this stock). 

You are wrong about the sell off though. People have grown bored with this stock because they want a quick buck so buyers have dried up (volume down to 4 million). Supply and demand mate, basic economics. No demand, price drops. If there was a "sell off" then sell volume would be far more than 9 million. Also there are only 22 actual sellers for under 10c. Not really a sell off is it? 

Plus I haven't sold despite my inside knowledge.....
