The problem is nobody except the company itself knows what they r doing and how good or bad the resource is. I don't know much about PGM.FMHO, the quality is pretty mediocre.
Also they don't have much cash left and need a CR in the near future.
The positive part is Palladium price has doubled from the low and the company's market cap is low. Definitely deserves a small parcel investment.
I only hold oppies at the moment and am interested in investing the head.
