After raised hopes that the Sept Q might b a bumper one for shipped ore (and therefore for revenues), it appears that Sept was the bad month with only two vessels loaded. A third vessel was delayed to sail on 2nd Oct.

which implies an annual rate of 2.0 Mtpa.

Significant variations from month to month have been observed previously. This will be due in part to Geroport delaying and juggling schedules so that it can load several iron ore vessels back to back without the clean down requirement of the shiploader. (Supposed to take 2-3 days!) Just now three vessels have been loaded in this manner.

The October figure for loaded and scheduled to date is 198 kt. It could therefore become a very good month with hopes for 235 kt (one extra vessel.)

Targets. If the shipping rate is to be 3.0 Mtpa by June 06 and actual tonnage for FY06 is to reach 2.5 Mtpa, one might expect a quarterly target sequence as:
1Q 500 kt
2Q 550 kt
3Q 700 kt (New wagons to arrive.)
4Q 750 kt
