I would think that Investment Fund Managers, charged with looking after other peoples money and superannuation funds could be deemed irresponsible if they do not take appropriate and prudent action; such action is most likely quitting their holdings in LYC. So it looks like a down hill ride in the immediate future.

With the perceived threat of closure of LYC in Malaysia and placing LYC in administration the Directors must surely be more proactive legally and insist, through the courts, that Malaysia follow the rule of law and the conditions of the Licence Agreement. Noting that one state has allready offerred a PDF.

Such a pity when a petulant, ambitious and callous girl can affect the lives of so many innocent people.
