still nothing new... I think we are closer to closing a deal then people think. DD usually takes 1 to 6 months from start to finish. They mentioned that they are looking at DD in a few projects in December and then in January they mentioned that they are undertaking preliminary DD on a few projects. Which tells me that they have found something and have now started the process. So anytime now!!! Alto capital are our CA so there shouldn't be a problem raising funds. Just look at there last project EX1. Ipo at 20c first day listed opened 50c up over 100% on the first day and ipo are harder to. So they shouldn't have a problem raising funds as there clientele are huge. The only problem we have as the little guy is if we can get any in the raise to. Hopefully massive gap up.
