Probably fair call. Share consolidation, CR, 2 ~ 3 months of nothing then the pump on some news or anticipated news.... then repeat when that raise is gone. This has been the standard operating procedure for sometime with exception of consolidation (I think they will have no choice but to do this for next CR). I'd be surprised if anything changes.
