Agreed. The abuse of shareholder capital is so blatant here and ASIC is silently observing while the pirates are bleeding the companies dry. I appreciate the efforts of individual ASIC employees who may have been assigned to look at this case, but the fact that ASIC is still silently observing suggests that ASIC needs to be given more resources and greater powers. Things like this can't be allowed to continue. This is the type of thing you expect to hear about in a third world country - not Australia.
