As per the norm on here any green shoots that appear are very quickly sprayed with some roundup, this time in the guise of an impending CR, I for one certainly hope we have no need for one and as poorly handled as the last one seemed to be the chosen few who were lucky enough to have been offered the chance to pick up some stock are now looking at a paper profit of 100% on their investment, so the thought that if we do have to go cap in hand again we would struggle to raise much may well be a little bit of pessimism dreamed up by our resident doom and gloom merchants. I wish I had been offered some in the last CR.
