I think there has been a change in CPR policy in the change over from CFDA to the SAMR that now may require alignment of the producer with an approved packaging entity such that the 'Product" not only includes approved ingredients but contained within an approved packaging entity if not GK itself. More margin slippage if not owned by GK.
No pride of authorship here - just reading the threads of other IF providers into the PRC.
