Unbelievable. The audit firm confirms that their report is a review and not an audit.
Negative net assets of $5.4m - HTF can they operate with that. I reckon their debtors are next to worthless and Phu relies on quoting that the current assets will get them through. PHUA - seeing that your debtors are a waste of spece and that you have more debt than collectables - how are you going to pay the bills?

Sorry everyone - no-one in their right mind would let this company re-list. And therein is the demise of BPG and Phua.
