Slogger, in my initial comment I opened with a very clear disclaimer, indicating that it’s only one of many possibilities.

When you do the math, who else could they be lending to? It could be a loan to one of their offshoots or subsidiaries, another big possibility.

When you don’t clearly provide reasoning you’re left with assumptions. The half yearly report is a pretty big document, you’d think there was room in there for a 1 line explanation. Although maybe they just didn’t feel the need to explain? Or didn’t want to? Who knows.
