I agree that signs of improvement are emerging and this is the sole reason why I'm holding still. I'm not sure if a month is enough for these guys.

So far their track record with saying what they'll do and then delivery is not the best. I'm sure you'll agree that their promises have not so far matched reality?

Besides why is everyone here so keen to defend them? We should keep the pressure up.

Look, my sentiment currently is purely based on their baseless promises and then lack of delivery. Yes signs of improvement are emerging but for me, my trust in them depends on their delivery on promises.

As a business owner myself I feel it is disrespectful to my shareholders and even customers to say one thing and then do another while getting paid a fairly high salary and be given free shares.

But I acknowledge that some people here are just comfortable waiting on the side lines with a "she'll be right attitude". I prefer a more active and aware style of management.
