hi city1856 any thoughts on what gowings might do with their property portfolio they mentioned in an earlier report they may look at possible ways to unlock value in next reporting period. gowings share price at present is performing very poorly not many buyers in the market depth for assets that are selling well below their net asset backing. I was hoping that sawtell commons might provide a boost to their earnings but it may be slow splitting up and selling this subdivision.
