The quarterly a few weeks ago said that start up would be $5 to $10mil but now they say start will be $10mil and a total cost of $25mil for the first 12 months. They seem to change the story quite significantly in very short time. Can only happen with a major CR and dilution if holders. Again get the feeling they are just make it up as they go along.u
