Good to get some cautionary input. I really don't know what promise RugbyPass holds. I don't even follow the sport!

If management's words are half true (in terms of the number of global rugby fans 'interacting' with the site), then it would seem to hold considerable promise, and also would seem to be of value in negotiations with NZ Rugby.

I should say that your numbers don't seem right (fwiw). The notes say RugbyPass was acquired late in August, and so it was held for little over 4 months, and had revenues of $2.8m in that period.
