"Zone 4 (Australia): Includes exclusive coverage of every game from the Heineken Champions Cup and Guinness Pro14 plus the Challenge Cup from the knockout stages onward, all live and on-demand in HD. Also includes 24/7 access to all of our shows and documentaries."

Super Rugby etc is not available for streaming in Aussie by RugbyPass (because the rights are tied up with Foxtel).

So, if you are based in Australia (and not using a VPN), that would explain why you can currently get an annual sub for US$50 (versus the US15 per month they charge in other jurisdictions where they can stream all of the rugby).
