    Yes, I think so. I think this was a poor year for their major funds. If Westoz or Ozgrowth can outperform this year (and they should), then they will finally have some performance revenue to show for it- and there should be plenty of money flowing into WA. Whether the world is recovering or suffering, then there should be demand for either Base Metals or Precious metals and WA is probably the safest most isolated place that can carry on uninterrupted. That should flow onto the property market and people wanting to move to WA- which benefits Euroz either directly or indirectly. It's the same story that Dermott sells us about WA, but I think Euroz will benefit moreso simply because they will also profit from the multitude of capital raisings.
    I don't profess to be an expert, but I can't see any part of the business that should do poorly and lots that should do well. Even if they delivered another similar year then it's a grossed up yield of 9.5% at $1.16 per share. But I expect them to do better.. so we''ll see.
