Worth looking at RRL in terms of SAR and EVN as they are all large cap miners towards the smaller end (as compared to NCM and NST).
SAR accumulation took the least amount of time so it started its rally earliest. EVN accumulation took longer but it has recently started is rally. RRL is being accumulated - there is a seller(s) who want to exit the stock and until they are out they will feed supply.
You can also see from the 2019 rallies a similar time lag - SAR moved first half way through April, followed by EVN at star of May, followed by RRL at the end of June. They all ended up peaking around the same time so the RRL rally was faster and steeper than either of the other two.
