with the share price taking around 30% after the release of moc's financial to a price of around 95c, I think MOC is starting to look attractive again.
The share is still cum dividend of 3c.
future dividends look sustainable given the current low ( by historical standards of around 60%)
underlying earnings of around 11c per share.
residential property market heating up which should price a decent ongoing pipeline of work.
I topped up my position in MOC at around 94c.
