The RHT management team appear to be a conservative bunch with a strong focus on increasing shareholder value over the medium to long term. This is exactly what we want.

There are no outrageous salary payments and I'm comfortable with the one off hit associated with the employee share scheme. In fact IMO the ESS is a sign that our company is growing up and is preparing for a terrific future by locking in key leadership stakeholders.

This is a great company with a solid balance sheet and what appears to be an enviable pipeline of revenue.
