Well there you are - they have - well most of them including the new director Baker. Share price or market cap does not seem to be part of the covenants on the bank debt so it would seem they are not in danger of the bank calling the debt up. I do notice that they are back discounting their caravan stock at some pretty steep discounts. This plus the obvious downturn due to floods, fire and reduced tourism due to coronavirus have led to warnings about next half losses. I guess the SP will not be going anywhere soon based on that info. However it does seem the Trouchet boys and Baker think 30c is good value otherwise I would think they would have waited.
