    cp, I see the dividend increase not keeping up with the EPS & Cashflow increases as a good thing. Divs used to be almost 100% of earnings/CF, but now is down to (just) 73% of earnings. I've banged on here a number of times that AEF needs to be more proactive in its expansion, not just relying on organic growth. They have zero debt and a very strong balance sheet. Maybe the the new CEO has plans, unlike the previous few.
    So maybe he/they are building up a war chest for new initiatives.
    I hope so.
