Totally agree Stoatgobbler. This is just more of the same isn't it?- "finals", 'positives", "closed outs" etc etc etc. Anybody can say they're doing stuff -laying foundations, enhancing logistical arrangements (whatever that means), promotional campaigns- yes all very convincing! More breadcrumbing IMO. Yet if everything was truly closed out by BSI back in Oct, why still no approval? OK Perhaps blame it all on climate change/covid-19/Brexit/Meghxit (take your pick). A couple here have mentioned " class action" . That seems a bit heavy to me but there do seem to be grounds for legitimately claiming to be misled over these last few years by company market comms, ranging from the CE " fast track" way back in 2015 (when they had no data as their trial hadn't even started), to the present with far-fetched claims about the strength of their PANCO results.
