Fastrunner - I wouldn't be concerned about the comments of the naysayers who claim to be regulatory experts and experts in the process of CE and other approvals. They make some small elements which are accurate and wrap a lot of untruths in it. I'm quite confident on the basis that Chris Roberts would bow be across all of this, and there is no doubting his experience and if anything Dr Chris is quite conservative. For positive statements as have been put out in the last 6-12months, then I expect we are closer to 100% than the 90%. All based in my opinion and experience which is probably a lot more than these back slapping naysayers.
