milsha, correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't believe you were suggesting that they should test OSL alone v chemo. That would be ludicrous, and of course unethical in an unproven therapy. To me it seems obvious that you were suggesting, as others have suggested before, that the NB is probably keen to see OSL + best current chemo v best current chemo alone. Without this powered, randomised controlled data very little can be concluded in terms of clinical benefit.
