if that was true, Gekko, they will never be able to get approval in the US, nor get reimbursement in any of the major markets.
Just because it's hard. doesn't mean you don't have to do it. Haha I bet every company would love to tell their regulatory body, "getting the data you require is going to be too hard and expensive, so can we just not?" Haha major wishful thinking on your part here.
