I filled in an application form and handed in a comprehensive 1000 page resume and added a list of eminent academic types as referees. I got back a letter thanking me for taking the time to fill out an application and that they would consider it positively and I swear to god the letter also said that to expect a phone call in the near future.
So yea, as evidenced by that letter, I've been accepted as the CEO of CSL!
PS. I filled out the application in 2013, I regularly phone the reception lady for an update, I bet that formal acceptance letter is imminent!
