The bond is from a related party, iQX Ltd. On 31 December 2019 IQX Ltd entered into a bond instrument with a related entity, iQ3CORP Ltd, for a value of $927,000. The maturity date of the bond is 30 June 2022, with a simple annual coupon rate of 9%.

We've long discussed on this board how they are able to keep solvent when making losses and not rasing any new capital from investors (ie the board and related parties). The plan is now clear. List bits and pieces of the empire and divert that cash to the parts that havent had enough related party revenue to keep them afloat.
