That's not the way it works. Victor's hands are tied by regulations so we turn to the likes of the uprampers and super optimists who purport to know or feel more than the market.
These same rampers avoided the issues and it took a long time to even get them to preface their comments with IMHO.
Clearvue have put up shutters in my opinion.
