Is there a correlation between Chippy disappearing and the collapsing CPV share price?
What happened to the $500000+ loans from Clearvue to pay for CPV shares for directors? Did they sell and repay the loans or has the company suffered from the unwarranted generosity directors approved to themselves? There was no collateral for the loans except for the shares, which meant there was upside for the directors at zero risk, but no gain for a company which was neither profitable nor cashflow positive.
When technology companies exhibit management decisions that would make Faulty Towers appear professional, conservative and realistic, it detracts from other Australian entrepreneurs who can genuinely contribute to a better world.
