Your post is bizarre, childish and spiteful. You relentlessly downramp the company but when a reasonable concern is raised you suggest it's "creating more panic ".

You may not have noticed in your rush to vent more spleen that I am a shareholder. I will certainly be raising my concerns with management.

You are obviously a very unhappy person -- I do sympathize but it would such a relief if you could be unhappy somewhere else.

By the way management's timing may not be impeccable but it's better than your spelling.
