one way or another Todd was going to piece by piece dismantle fms as we know it and the vote is the worse shocking decision ever that benefits him greatly.
Im really hoping for a spike at least so I can reconsider my shares future in fms.
just still wonder why OCJ did this... was their any great deals we don't about for this my in opinion insane decision.
I hope for all minority sharholders we get some benefits apart from mass debts.
