Key message here folks,
0 China Govt Approval = good luck with Coronavirus in next 2 weeks. There has been NO Chinese Govt approval at all.
No FIRB investment Approval. While investors here want to point out there can be delays of 30 days. No one has provided an example of where the delay was 140 days.
