This is purely my speculation, but sometime in the next quarter the JV could release an announcement that a rig has been secured for a campaign in Q3. Make a big song and dance about how it'll test the Wagina and so will add to the 2C.
Then once interest has been piqued; WGO could do a placement to pay for the campaign, other exploration, and general operating costs.
