issue of equity - cap raising at discount to vwap. IMO, this is most likely as it's under their control. I don't think they'll go broke, but I do reckon they'll raise.
farm-out - unlikely I reckon, they'd need to find a partner small enough to be willing to take a very tiny position in WE, but still have a few million laying around. If they farm out a larger amount of WE, then they'll miss out on the gains in the future. Doesn't look like Spain assets are worth anything at this moment.
Other corporate activities - catch-all for anything that might happen that they're not expecting or working towards. E.g. merger, takeover. Might happen, but it's not under WGO control.
