I was wrong - just had a chance to review my post with the quoted sources - I understated by $50m on the suggested estimate.
Page 20 of the Canaccord report estimates that there is between 60-80mt of pit back fill material - assuming $2,50/t to dig out = $150m.
Again I assume that KSN have had some involvement in developing this report / would not have posted it on their website if it was factually incorrect or not within reasonable expectations / knowing that KSN have extensive data from Placer?.
Accepting that this $ metric is correct, it would underpin why management are so focussed on securing shallow satellite deposits.
